The server is set in the third age of middle earth so there are plenty of factions to choose from (even ones that are not in the mod yet.). We are a server that prides itself on our community, the core of which has been playing together for years, but are still very open to new players. On top of that, there are lots of unique plugins and mechanics that have been created especially for this server (Credits to DwarfyAssassin and EdSwordsmith for that), to give a twist to the well-known LotR servers that everyone has been playing on for years! We treat everyone fairly and hope to expect the same in return. The only people we would like to keep out are toxic players, which is why we have firm rules against toxicity. A New Dawn is aiming to reunite veterans from the LotR community, but turned out to be a server welcoming to all, new or old in the community.
